Group Meditation Classes are offered in various locations for EVERYONE from children to adults.  
Private classes and workshops are available upon request, as well as, one-on-one, customized Meditation and Hypnotherapy sessions.

 

All private appointments can be conducted at the location of your choice: in-home, outdoors, at the workplace, at a healthcare facility, in a school setting, or at a special event venue

 

Public and private sessions can also take place virtually, by phone or video conference.
